GAUTAM BUDDHA THE ENLIGHTENED ONE

 

 Gautam Buddha, also known as Siddhartha Gautama, was a spiritual leader who innovated Buddhism. Born in Lumbini, Nepal, in the 6th century BCE, Buddha's training have told millions of people around the world. His gospel of peace, compassion, andnon-violence has come a lamp of stopgap for those seeking spiritual enlightenment and inner peace.

 Buddha spent several times studying with colorful spiritual preceptors and exploring different spiritual practices. He ultimately discovered that the path to enlightenment lay in the middle way, a path of temperance and balance. He believed that extreme asceticism or indulgence in material pleasures weren't the ways to attain enlightenment.

 

 THE FOUR NOBLE TRUENESS

 

 Buddha's training are grounded on the Four Noble trueness, which are

 

 The verity of suffering( dukkha) – Buddha tutored that life is full of suffering, and that everyone gests pain and disappointment.

 

 The verity of the cause of suffering( samudaya) – Buddha believed that suffering is caused by attachment and pining. He tutored that the desire for material effects, power, and fame leads to suffering.

 

 The verity of the conclusion of suffering( nirodha) – Buddha tutored that it's possible to overcome suffering by barring attachment and pining.

 

 The verity of the path to the conclusion of suffering( magga) – Buddha tutored that the path to enlightenment involves following the Eightfold Path, which includes right understanding, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right trouble, right awareness, and right attention.

 

 IMPACT OF BUDDHA'S TRAINING

 

 Buddha's training have had a profound impact on the world. Buddhism is one of the world's major persuasions, with over 500 million followers worldwide. The religion has spread to numerous countries, including China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Sri Lanka.
